Coronavirus Fear Release Relaxation
This guided relaxation has been specially written to help you let go of any fears or anxiety you might have been feeling when thinking about your upcoming birth and adapted to help you alleviate any worries about the coronavirus outbreak and your birth. It will leave you looking forward to your birth with a feeling of positivity.
You can listen to it at any time during pregnancy, or anytime that you feel you need a confidence boost. When you listen to it make yourself really comfortable and ensure that you won’t be disturbed, and that your phone is off.
Please don’t listen to this recording while driving or doing anything where you need to be alert.
